A structured introduction for a solid foundation prior to attending regular Krav Maga classes; also a standalone self-defence course. All participants will be new or recently new to Krav Maga training. Expect a diverse group united by a similar goals with whom to share the experience.
Two two hour classes per week over four weeks for a total of eight classes that cover: The Principles of Self-Defence and the Krav Maga System; Stances, Movement and Striking; Defending Strikes; Defending Kicks; Introduction to Fighting in Krav Maga; Defending Chokes; Defending Armed Assault; Self-Defence on the Ground; Summary, Preview of Further Training and Conclusion.
