Womens Self-Defence Seminar
A three hour event focused on womens self-defence concepts, techniques and training; also a great introduction to regular womens self-defence classes. It covers prevention, de-escalation and solutions to common problems.
What should I expect? A rewarding experience with a diverse group of likeminded women unted by common goals; oh and to have a heck of a lot of fun.
What will I learn? Tactics to enhance your awareness, methods to strengthen your mindset and self-defence skills to prepare you for potential real-world scenarios.
Do I need previous experience? No, none at all.
Do I need to be fit? No, but if you have any concerns please seek medical advice.
Do I need any special equipment? No, none at all.
