These are stand-alone classes that form our combat fitness training program, but also complement our krav maga classes. They are a great way to get a feel for and regularly practice footwork, movement and striking elements, absent the contact. Our krav maga members will recognise many of the moves incorporated into the exercises designed to get you combat fit.
Train your cardio, tone or build muscle, build strength and power, shore up that core and have a lot of fun, all while burning a load of calories! The classes last for 1 hour, but time will fly by! Equipped with your resistance bands, towel (all part of your membership package) and water bottle, our instructors will guide you through 12, 3 minute rounds, interspersed with 45 seconds of active recovery: 1. Warm Up, 2. Cardio, 3. Cardio, 4. Strength and Power, 5. Conditioning, 6. Core, 7. Cardio, 8. Cardio, 9. Strength and Power, 10. Conditioning, 11. Core, 12. Burnout.
